My Story
I'm a proven design leader with over 25 years of experience, which means I've been doing this since the days of dial-up. I've managed teams of 20+ designers, built disciplines from the ground up (sometimes halfway around the world from home), and kept design systems from becoming chaos at places like Motorola, Google, and frog. I've also crafted user-centered products and developed visual systems for the most magical place on Earth (Disney) and large search giants, plus Ikea, IBM, Intel, Oracle, Apple, Nokia, and eBay.
I specialize in the magic trick of turning "technically complex" into "actually usable." I speak fluent Developer, Design System, and AI/ML.
When I'm not designing products, I'm usually drawing one.
